Firstly JC has resumed his working relationship with Dave "Dare" Allen. Dave co-owner of the Legendary Conny Planks Krautrock Desk last recorded The Members in 1983 at Martin Rushents Genetic studio. Where they produced the electro Tinged Members "80's" Album "Going West". Along with Credits on Human League , Go Go's Dave has produced for the Cure, The Stranglers, Sisters of Mercy.

 

JC's Third project with Dave is THE FIRST NEW MEMBERS RECORD in a while. INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CRISIS re-visits The Members Offshore Banking Business and Brings it right up to Date... Featuring Nick Tesco and Chris Payne from THE MEMBERS this pumped Up Version features Nick tesco Strident in his condemnation of people who have brought this country to its Knees and endangered the livlihoods of millions of People in the UK. In a world full of vacuous pop and canyfloss retro frippery this is a Record that Needed to be Made. Its a subject that is on everybodies lips and embraces the Zeitgeist of the Moment. Available is a variety of mixes Nick tesco Evokes the Spirits of Bob Marley and Joe Strummer in a wake up call for the politico/punk ethos.

 

 

 

 

JC's Second Project with Dave is Knoxville Girl a Pumping Gothic HillyBilly House Track that merges JC's Manic Mandolin and Banjo with Dave's Goth and Electro is out on iTunes....

 

 

 

JC's Original Project with Dave is "the Goldborne Variations" The Goldborne Variations is a Twenty year old Tune that is coming slowly to fruition. During a Session for the Forthcoming NEW ENGLISH BLUES VOLUME vol II album. Guy Pratt, Chester kamen Nigel Bennett Nick Cash gathered in at Living Room Studios to record some backing Tracks for the NEW ENGLISH BLUES vol II. In the ensuing session a Nine Minute Arabesque jam arounf the original "Goldborne" Variation ensued. As Guy and JC recorded together as the "Children of 7" in '83 The Name and mystical ethos of the Children of 7 were revived for this project. Because of Guy and Chesters Pink Floyd connections there has already been considerable discussion about this track on the net. It is belived to be cut down to 4 movements from an original 8.
